industry. As a full service Talent and Modeling agency, we strive to provide top quality
actors, models, voice over talent, public speakers, dancers, singers, and musicians for all aspects of the entertainment
industry.
Owner, Heather Ryan is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She has been active in the acting, modeling
and pageant industries for over 20 years.
The "Business" is very much a family affair for Heather. A married mother of three amazing daughters, Heather is also the
proud wife of Carl McNew, a professional film and television producer and director and owner of Bad Baby Productions.
Her children's birthday party company, Glamour Girls Dress Up Parties was featured on Bravo Television in 2005 and she
garnered national attention when she became the first woman Democratic Nominee in Kentucky's District One election for
the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008. Heather's daughters have modeled for companies such as ADT, National
Geographic, and DirecTV as well as performed in independent and feature length films.
It is with a profound gratitude and sense of pride that Heather
and her family offer a long overdue full service agency
to the regions of Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri,
Tennessee, Ohio.

Partner, Patricia Baker is opening a new office for Ryan Talent and Model Agency in the Washington DC area! Patricia is an
accomplished singer and actress with 25 years in the modeling, singing, commercial print, and pageant industries.
Patricia has appeared on Television shows for Bravo and MOJO Networks, National Television for the Macy's Christmas
Parade, performed at Walt Disney World, as well as performances for the Governor of the State of Georgia. She has
worked with producers from World of Wonder and Screaming Flea Productions. She has walked the runway for JC
Penney's, the Atlanta Bridal Showcase, and several runway shows for independent designers. In addition, Patricia has trained
vocally with Jan Smith Studios, and recorded with Bonzo Tunes and Tree Sound Studios. She has worked with such artists
as Usher, Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20, Producer/Musician Brian Stephens, and many more. Patricia is a member of the
American Federation of Musicians - Local Union Baltimore 40-543.
Patricia is a proud mother to four beautiful children, including two daughters who have been on the Bravo
Television Network,in print work, and title holders for many local, state, and national beauty and
scholarship pageants.
